CredentialVault by FireForge
Your credentials. Yours for life.
Keep licenses, certifications, source documents, and renewal dates in one Personal vault. Share a credential PDF with anyone or connect with the organizations you choose.
Available now on the App Store. Start with Personal Free or choose Personal Plus for additional features.
Portable by design
Your career changes. Your credential history should not disappear.
Credentials often live across wallets, email attachments, photo libraries, binders, and employer systems. CredentialVault gives each person one durable account and a Personal vault that stays with them through every department, agency, or employer.
One Personal vault
Keep licenses, certifications, training records, and their original source documents together.
Renewal clarity
Track issue and expiration dates, choose reminder intervals, and see what needs attention next.
Continuing education
With Personal Plus, set a CE target, record completed hours, and attach supporting evidence from your vault.
From document to durable record
Capture it once. Keep it organized.
Upload or photograph a document, view the original, enter or correct the details, and create a portable credential you control. Personal Plus adds automatic document-reading suggestions for your review.
Choose your Personal plan
Start small. Keep your history.
Personal Free is available now. Create your FireForge account and use CredentialVault on supported Apple devices and the connected web workspace.
Personal Free
Up to 3 personally created credentials, 100 MB of document storage, renewal reminders, manual entry, and PDF sharing. No subscription required.
Personal Plus
Unlimited credentials, 2 GB of document storage, continuing-education tracking, and up to 100 automatic document-reading attempts each calendar month. $4.99 monthly or $49.99 annually in the U.S.
Sharing beyond your agency
Send a credential PDF through Gmail, Messages, AirDrop, or another available app. Choose which details and supporting document pages to include. Recipients do not need an account.
Existing records stay available if a Plus subscription ends. Organization-issued credentials do not use your 3 Personal Free slots.
Built around consent
Share what is needed. Keep the rest private.
Share selected credential fields with each connected organization, or send a separate PDF copy to anyone outside CredentialVault. You decide whether the PDF includes supporting document pages. A sent copy cannot be recalled.
Selected-field sharing
Choose the credential and exactly which fields an organization may review.
Independent organization review
Authorized teams can accept, reject, verify, add requirements, and retain appropriate audit history.
Leave without losing history
Ending membership revokes organizational access without deleting the person’s credentials.
For departments, agencies, and employers
A richer credential-readiness workspace.
Connect personnel, credential review, renewal posture, issuance provenance, and accountability without taking ownership of an individual’s Personal vault.
Credential readiness
See current, expiring, expired, and incomplete organization-controlled records from live data.
Issue with provenance
Deliver agency-issued credentials into Personal vaults while preserving issuer and lifecycle history.
Operational safeguards
Role-aware access, organization-private notes, revocation history, and retained audit records.
